So wonderful. You did a great job putting this tut together. I can't get over the way the head has been transformed by the paint. Your sculpting skill is amazing and adding in the amazing painting techniques you use really makes your work look alive. Thank you for sharing this. It is wonderful.

i think its a great tut especially for darker skinned dolls...
eneida if you dont mine me asking for LIGHT skin dolls what color do you use to detail the nose wings and nose holes?
i have the blushing set that is found on ebay but i cant get the right color or texture....usually i just leave it alone completely but i want to work on more realism with mine.
thanks so much ; )

no problem girls i´m glad to be helpful ;)

Candis for light skined you can use flesh 5 for the folds of the nose
the secret is give less layers so you can get a lighter color
and never ever used burnt umber in a light skin tone
the others is basically the same as the unique really dark tone i use is the burnt umber and the black for make up ;)
I know you can do anything you want!

Candis, here is a link for a premixed Genesis blush that is for reborns. I have used this and mixed with white etc and it's a wonderful base. They also do one for the veins.

Eneida. Your tut has made me want to make a dark skinner sculpt. I just can't imagine I can do snywhere close to the quality of yours but I am inspired to try. Hugs, and thanks for the inspiration and motivation.
