I started making this about 11 years ago, before kids anyway! So it's been wrapped in film for the last few years to keep them from meddling with it - it's like a magnet to them!

O so beautiful.
I love dollhouses but haven't got the space for them so i created my dollhouse dolls.
I post one of them, Taylor the tailor doll, at the show and tell section.

Judy your work on this dollhouse is brilliant :cheer:
I love dollhouses too and wish someday I can make one :p_eyes:
I think however that your dollhouse could use some more stuff.. make it a bit cozy
in the true "english" style  :flower:

Glad you like it Yovanka, your right it really does need more furniture and a roof, but it's one of those projects I started a long time ago and have never got round to finishing, one day I may go back to it - if only to do a nursery so I can use it to photograph my mini babies in

I will post a piccy soon but it is just a bare dolls house that needs to be painted, lighting, furniture, and decorated Judy. I came as a kit that I bought about 4 years ago from USA. It's a beautiful house and I'm ashamed that I have left it so long  but maybe I can get it done by Christmas :skate:

Judy, I love your doll house. I had a doll house that I built with my Dad a very long time ago and I sold it for nothing thinking I'd never finish it. Plus I have all boys so there wouldn't be anyone to play with it. It does take up a lot of room, so it went with lots of beautiful furniture, etc. The only thing I didn't sell was a hand sculpted doll I bought (she is so beautiful) and a rocking chair for her and mini books for her to look at.
There is a museum I went to that had an entire room full of miniature rooms of doll houses. It was so amazing to see. I am so glad you shared this with us. I'd love to see more if you or anyone has pictures.

Wow Judy, your dollhouse is beautiful. I´d like to have one someday. For sure your children would be happy playing with it. I would be too LOL. Thanks for sharing. I´d like to see the new pics.
